An manchen Tagen dreht die Welt sich falsch rum,
da bleibt man mitten auf der Straße stehn.
Und keiner bringt Geschenke oder kann mich überreden,
an nichts zu denken und nach Haus zu gehn.
Dann wünscht man sich ein stundenlanges Duschen,
zu zweit - und das nach Milch und Honig schmeckt.
Ich kann schon lange keinem mehr erklären, was mein Weg ist,
der nicht in meinen spitzen Schuhen steckt.
An manchen Tagen sitzt du still im Zirkus
und siehst, wie ich mich mit den Tigern quäl.
Ich möchte dir gefallen und bewerf dich mit Konfetti,
und merk zu spät: Es war nur Sägemehl.
Das alte Lied seit Tausenden von Jahren:
